I, Mark A. Campbell,having performed and approved the required inspections at the job
site. This letter will hereby attest that I have approved the installation of shoring in the
new family room on the concrete slab for the installation of the new poured concrete roof.
The shoring post shall be'3'-0"o.c. with(2)2"x 4"stringers attached with(2) 16d nailed
at the top and(2) '/4"x 3 tap cons attached to the concrete floor slab typical at each
shoring post. There shall also be a single row of shoring around the outside at the same
spacing. See the attached sketch and highlighted notes.
