Scoope of Work:
STRUCTURAL
1. A-13 Page, S-1, S-4, S-8: The existing concrete trusses could not remain
and had to be removed along with some portions of steam wall in order
to build the footing requested on plans. See detailed note on S-1 and
described on S-4 as detail F. New trusses would need to be installed in
this area in order to level floor with the rest of the house. (this is the
area of the house that had step down with Cuban tiles before). Costs
related to demolition of existing beams and steam wall $1,200.00
2. Section house in living room by glass doors. (it was going to be leveled
with 2x6 on top of existing; now it will need 2x12 full installation; credit
for process considered on initial estimate considered), cost of Steam
wall repairs $1,,300.00
3. Existing trusses in the whole house were initially going to be repaired
however only a 20% replacement had been considered to be installed

7. The process of demolition was larger than expected and quoted
originally. This was due to the existing conditions of some of the trusses
and accessibility of equipment to realize the demo. The client was
affected with extra costs reflected on this change order. Part of this cost
($4,765.00) was absorbed by the developer company
