Building Information: This is a commercial/residential building in a commercial/residential development.Please see attached a Sketch in Appendix 1 with approximate dimensions of the roof,mid location and details of the existing and/or proposed roof drainage system. VERTICAL CONDUCTORS(DOWNSPOUTS) Vertical conductors for the overflow scuppers should be considered for this project to avoid water run off on the surface of the exterior walls.But they are not required for drainage capacity of the roof.Architectural consideration should be part of the evaluation to install vertical conductors to the overflow scuppers if necessary.
