Dear Plans Reviewers:
This letter is to clarify our submittal to you for the interior portion of work, and to provide a cost
estimate.The work to be done includes:
1. Minor reconfiguration of the Lobby and safe deposit lobby area (coupon booths).
2. Reconfiguration of bathroom to meet ADA standards. This involves the removal of the existing
urinal, toilet and hand sink. One accessible toilet and sink will be installed. One accessible
drinking fountain to be installed outside of bathroom.
3. Relocation of GFI receptacle. Minor reconfiguration to lighting fixtures.
Cost Estimate:
1. Renovation of customer area and coupon booths: $ 5,500.00
2. Installation of new doors, and cost of replacement fixtures: $ 8,000.00
3. Reconfiguration of electrical circuits and new GFI receptacle: $10,500.00
4. Replacing toilets/sinks and cost of repairs to do so: $16,000.00
