The building at the referenced address was inspected on Feb 21, 2017 and as described
in the attached Electrical and Structural Report. The inspection was based on
rocedural guidelines recommended by Miami - Dade County Building Department. Our
observations indicate that the building is structurally and electrically safe for its
intended use and occupancy. This property also conforms to chapter 8C-3 of Dade
county exterior illumination code. The illumination test was performed was after dark
with an Extech 300 light meter. With and average Ft Cd of 2.7 a high of 10.6 and low of
1.O Ft Cd.
In order to avoid any possible misunderstanding, please be advised that nothing in these
reports should be construed, directly or indirectly as a guarantee of any portion of the
structure. To the best of our knowledge and ability this report represents an accurate
appraisal of the building based on visual examination of observed conditions to the
