A RESOLUTION OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE
OF PROPERTY INTEREST FOR ROAD PURPOSES FROM MIAMI-DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Miami-Dade County has tendered instruments conveying to Miami Shores Village,
the property interests of land located within Miami-Dade County, Florida for public purposes identified
as N.E. 107th Street, lying east of N.E. 6th Avenue.
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the recommendation of the Village Manager,the Village
Council finds and determines that the acceptance of such conveyance would be in the public's best
interest,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL,that the
conveyance of the above identified property is hereby approved and accepted; provided however,that
it is specifically understood that neither the Village Council nor Miami-Dade County, is obligated to
construct any improvements within the above described property,and directs the County to record the
instruments of conveyance accepted herein in the Public Records of Miami-Dade County and to provide
a copy of each instrument to the Village Clerk within thirty(30) days of execution of said instruments.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A portion of the right-of-way for NE 107 Street located in the SE 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 52 South, Range 42 East, more particularly described as follows:
The South 30 feet of that portion of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 31,
bounded in the west by the East right-of-way line of NE 6 Avenue and bounded in the
East by the West right-of-way line of the Biscayne Drainage Conal;
And
That portion of the Porth 30 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 31
bounded in the west by the prolongation of the East fine of Lot 1 of the Plat of GOLF
VIEW ESTATES as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 48 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade
County Florida, and bounded in the East by the West right-of-way fine of the
Biscayne Drainage Canal.
