A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATE FOR 1997 TAX LEVY OF
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL:
Section 1. That the millage rate required to be levied to raise the amounts necessary to
provide funds for the General Operating Budget of fiscal year beginning October 1, 1997, is
hereby fixed at 8.74, to yield taxes at the rate of$8.74 per$1,000 of assessed value. This
millage is designed to raise $2,945,804 in property taxes. The final millage rate is 3% over the
roll-back rate.
Section 2. That 8.74 is the final millage to be certified to the County Manager for
levying and collecting taxes on the Dade County 1997 assessment roll of Miami Shores Village.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 1997.
