R-0965-97 RESOLUTION NO. 965-97 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE APPROVING THE OFFICIAL ROAD MAINTENANCE MAP FOR A PORTION OF N.E. 91sT TERRACE AT N.E. 9T" AVENUE; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND RECORDING OF SAID MAP. WHEREAS, a segment of N.E. 91"Terrace at its intersection with N.E. 91 Avenue, Miami Shores,was constructed by either Dade County or Miami Shores Village as depicted on the Official Road Maintenance Map prepared by A. R. Toussaint &Associates, Inc., Land Surveyors (Order No. 11625) dated July 15, 1997, said map incorporated by this reference; and, WHEREAS, Miami Shores Village, through its policies for maintenance and by its Public Works department has maintained the right-of-way depicted on said map for a continuous period in excess of four years without interruption or disturbance as a Village street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA, that: Section 1. The foregoing clauses are true and correct statements of fact and incorporated by this reference as factual findings of the Council. Section 2. The Village administration is hereby authorized and directed to cause the Official Road Maintenance Map referred to herein-above properly executed and recorded in the Public Record of Dade County, Florida, thereby establishing prima facie proof that title to the right-of-way depicted thereon is vested in Miami Shores Village.
