A RESOLUTION FIXING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATE FOR
1992 TAX LEVY OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE COUNCIL:
Section 1 . That the millage rate required to
be levied to raise the amounts necessary to provide funds for
the General Operating Budget of the fiscal year beginning
October 1 , 1992, Is hereby fixed at 9 . 12, to yield taxes at
the rate of $9. 12 per $1 ,000.00 of assessed value. This
millage is designed to raise $2,733,035 in property taxes.
The final millage exceeds the roll back millage by 12 .6%
Section 2 . That 9. 12 Is the final millage to be
certified to the County Manager for levying and collecting
taxes on the Dade County 1992 assessment roll of Miami Shores
Village.
