the fees to cover administrative costs; and
WHEREAS, Miami Shores Village is an older built-out Dade

MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, DADE COUNTY FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS;
1. That prior to second reading of this ordinance Dade

including allowing such municipalities to opt out
of participation; amending the reporting require-
ments to quarterly reporting; establishing a
minimum threshold of $500 in fees collected prior
to requiring reporting, and/or any other effective
